All quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to change if the project scope, equipment requirements, site conditions, shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other circumstances change.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for the period specified on the quotation.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable invoice, quotation, or agreement.

D.B Tech Solutions reserves the right to require deposits or full payment for equipment before ordering or commencing work.

Outstanding balances may delay equipment delivery, project completion, or future services.

4. Equipment and Product Sales

Equipment availability and pricing are subject to change.

Special-order equipment, customized products, and equipment purchased specifically for a client's project may be non-refundable once ordered.

Manufacturer warranties apply where available. D.B Tech Solutions does not extend or replace a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Service Appointments and Cancellations

Clients should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

D.B Tech Solutions reserves the right to charge a service, travel, or cancellation fee when significant time or resources have been committed to an appointment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access to the property or equipment, and any necessary passwords, permissions, electrical services, internet services, or third-party account information required to complete the requested work.

Any delays caused by unavailable access, inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or third-party providers may result in additional charges.

7. Third-Party Services

Some solutions may rely on third-party providers, including internet service providers, software platforms, manufacturers, cloud services, telecommunications providers, or other vendors.

Additional labor or materials required because of unforeseen site conditions may be billed separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

D.B Tech Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services.

However, D.B Tech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from equipment failure, internet outages, data loss, third-party service interruptions, power issues, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data before service work is performed.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are evaluated based on the type of product or service provided.

Installed equipment, opened electronics, special-order items, customized equipment, completed labor, and certain digital or licensing products may not be eligible for refund.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking, shipping, handling, or supplier fees.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, written materials, graphics, designs, and other original content associated with D.B Tech Solutions remain the property of D.B Tech Solutions unless otherwise stated.
